Bartender & Seasonal Bartender
Experience: at least 2 years.

Skills: bar-tending  & adequate wine knowledge, creative mixology underscoring passion and palate, demonstrated use of POS systems, revolving inventory & par understanding. Personality - motivated, outgoing, self starter, and personable.

Host/ Hostess
Experience: at least 1 year.

Skills: Good customer service skills as a host/hostess, combined with basic computer knowledge especially tablets. Personality- excellent conversationalist and etiquette maven. 

Server
Experience: at least 2 years.

Skills: Serving in a fine dining outlet that also included wine service. A Level One sommelier is our preference. You must have fundamental knowledge of current pos systems. Personality - motivated, outgoing, self starter, relatable and personable.

Back Server
Experience: at least 1 year.

Skills: Experience as busboy or back server in fine dining, must speak fluent English. Personality - strong, motivated, self-starter, and personable.

Food Expeditor/Food Runner
Experience: at least 1 year.

Skills: Experience as a expeditor/food runner in fine dining, quick learner and is adaptable in rush periods, MUST read and speak fluent English. Personality - good team player, motivated, self-starter, and personable.

Line Cook
Experience:  least 2 years.

Skills: fast paced fine dining experience as a cook with protein temperature, saute, grill and garde manger experience, knowledge base, respect and willingness to learn about gluten free & other special needs cooking, must speak adequate english. Personality: Good with others, motivated, open to change and personable.

Prep Cook
Experience: at least 1 year.

Skills: restaurant experience in fine dining with both cold and hot food prep, must speak adequate English. Personality - Reliable, good with others, works out issues, and personable.

Dishwasher
Experience: at least 1 year.

Skills: restaurant experience in fast pace with excellent sanitation standards. Personality -  motivated,  self-starter, and meticulous.
